Η Σοφία Λαμπροπούλου (https://www.facebook.com/labropoulou.sofia) αυτοσχεδιάζει στο κανονάκι για το Two Thousand Places στο παρεκκλήσι της Ανάληψης στον Υμηττό. Το παρεκκλήσι είναι μέρος της μονής Καισαριανής. Η μονή οικοδομήθηκε στα τέλη του 11ου αιώνα, στα ερείπια ναού αφιερωμένου στη Θεά Δήμητρα. Στα αρχαία χρόνια, πίστευαν πως τα νερά των πηγών του Υμηττού, χάριζαν ευτοκία και γονιμότητα.

Sofia Labropoulou (https://www.facebook.com/labropoulou.sofia) on a kanun improvisation session for Two Thousand Places at the chapel of Αscension, mountain Ηymettus. The chapel is part of the Kaisariani monastery. The monastery dates back from the late 11th century and was built on the ruins of a temple dedicated to goddess Dimitra. In the ancient times, it was believed that the waters from the springs of Ηymettus enhanced fertility and easy delivery for women.
