Jietonda® K7923
adhesion promoter for powder coatings
Jietonda® K7923 is an organic substance with polar groups. It is used in powder coating systems and can significantly improve the adhesion of the coating to special metal substrates such as galvanized and magnesium aluminum alloys.

2. Characteristics
? Significantly improve the adhesion of the coating to special metal substrates such as galvanized, magnesium aluminum alloy;
? Can be used in various powder systems such as polyester/TGIC, polyester/PRIMID, polyurethane, polyester/epoxy.
3. Use method & levels
? Premix K7923 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
? The use level is 0.5-1.5% based on total formula by weight. It cannot replace UV absorbers and light stabilizers.
4. Package & Storage
? Packaging with PE lined kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
? Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. It should be closed immediately after use and away from fire.
? Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least two years at a storage temperature of <32°C.
